Registration is considered final only after the Board of Directors has approved the registration application submitted via the website (Registration Application) and the annual membership fee has been paid in full.
Annual membership fee
- The annual membership fee is €250 for all categories. The track and field season runs from November1 to October 31.
- For families: A sliding-scale discount of €20 per child applies up tothe third child in the same family, but only when paying for a full season.

- Insurers/mutual insurance companies reimburse part of the cost of sports initiatives for you and your children. Please do not hesitate to contact your insurer for further information.
- Athletes living in Watermael-Boitsfort can receive a 50EUR sports voucher: watermael-boitsfort.be/en/living-in-watermael-boitsfort/sports/sports-vouchers.
Payment account
- The membership fee should be paid into account BE28 0018 3051 8120 with BNP Paribas Fortis , mentioning the athlete’s first and last name.
- Members are invited to pay their dues before November 15.
Items covered by the contribution
- Membership and insurance with the Ligue Belge Francophone d’Athlétisme (LBFA).
- Access to the track during the club’s track rental hours (see SCHEDULE).
- Support from the club’s coaches.
- Competition bib: Please request one when registering with the club or by email at [email protected].
- Use of the equipment provided.
Trial during September and October
You can try out the track and field training sessions during September and October, provided you pay a fee of 50 euros, which covers membership in the federation and, most importantly, insurance. This amount is not deductible from the membership fee due starting in November.
